By accessing or using FastA2P's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
FastA2P provides A2P 10DLC registration assistance services for businesses using SMS messaging platforms. Our services include preparation of opt-in forms, privacy policies, terms of service, and submission to The Campaign Registry (TCR).
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once used for a submission. Unused credits do not expire. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete your A2P registration submission within the estimated timeframes. However, final approval is subject to TCR and carrier review processes outside our control. We include free resubmissions if your initial submission is rejected.
You agree to provide accurate business information for registration purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your intended use of SMS messaging complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier policies.
FastA2P shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
While we have a high success rate, we cannot guarantee approval of any A2P registration. TCR and carriers have sole discretion over registration approvals. If your registration is ultimately rejected after our resubmission attempts, we will work with you on next steps.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FastA2P and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
